CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Yes, as soon as your parcel is ready to be picked up by the carrier, you’ll automatically receive an order tracking number to your registered email address.
We remind you that carriers do not make delivery appointments nor they provide any contact number.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
Once the payment is received, your order will be processed within 24 hours.
Our average order fulfillment takes 3-4 business days. Oftentimes, you can expect on-time deliveries 24-48 hours after you place your order.
Expected delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. However, you can easily track your shipment online via the link we have provided.

HOW CAN I STORE YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our pinsa bases can be stored at room temperature, away from heat sources. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.

ARE YOUR BASES READY TO TOP OUT OF THE BAG?
Yes, load them up with your favourite toppings and bake them a few minutes.

CAN I BAKE YOUR BASES IN MY OVEN?
Yes, set your oven to 250°C and bake them either on a baking stone or in the center rack of your oven.
