INGREDIENTS: type 0 soft WHEAT flour,  water, rice flour, extravirgin olive oil, salt, fermented BARLEY malt vinegar,  brewer’s yeast, flavourings.  
May contain: MUSTARD, SESAME, SOJ, OAT AND RYE
